Peers cannot spin public opinion – Tyler

Liberal Democrat Peer Lord Tyler has welcomed new evidence to the Joint Committee on the Draft House of Lords Reform Bill.

Liberal Democrat Peer, Lord Tyler, has dismissed calls from some Conservatives for legislation to prevent protest encampments.
